From The Dance Floor to Inner Peace.

 The journey to helping others find their flow began long before I discovered the Compassion Key.

Since 1998, I dedicated my life to helping people find rhythm and flow on the dance floor. As a Lindy Hop and swing dance instructor, I traveled the world—from Seattle to India, from Mexico to Switzerland—co-founding dance schools and cultural centers like Swing México, Cracovia32, and iLindy. I was obsessed with the art of movement, rhythm, and creative expression.

In teaching thousands of people how to move freely, I noticed something profound: the biggest obstacles weren't physical. They were emotional. An unspoken fear of looking foolish, an unconscious belief that they weren't good enough—these were the real barriers to finding freedom in their dance and in their lives. I realized that my passion was not just about teaching dance, but about helping people feel safe enough to express themselves.


The Compassionate Path

This insight led me on a new journey—to the source of our emotional blocks. I discovered the Compassion Key Method, a powerful and direct way to go to the root of a problem and release it for good. It was the perfect complement to my work, allowing me to help people clear the internal friction that was holding them back, not just on the dance floor, but in their entire lives.

Today, I bring my three decades of experience helping people find their rhythm and flow to my work as a Compassion Key Facilitator. I'm here to help you get out of your own way so you can create, lead, and live with authentic freedom.
